Introduction:
Hello Everybody, I'm Sean but as all of you know me as GummiBirr, You can call me Sean or Gummi. I'm 13 years of age. I'm from Philippines. I love playing MeepCraft. I've been on Meep for 7 months now and I'm pretty experienced on Commands and on what Staff do. Outside of my Meep life. I like composing, Rapping, Dancing, Playing computer games. But most of all, I love MeepCraft. I just got graduated on Elementary and now I'm on HS.

Why you should be Helper/Mod ?
I'm applying for Helper not just on a title. But I'm applying for helper for many reasons. I've been playing MeepCraft for 7 months and I know what to do as a Helper. I've been a friend of Old Helpers which they told me how to become a Helper.

Experience
I am a really experienced meeper, I know the commands and also what staff is doing. The /modreqs, The kicks and the Bans, but most of all Monitoring the server on the right and best way. I have many friends which they're part of the staff community now. They have taught me they have learned about staff experiences.

Work Ethic
I am a Hard Working Man, I have a small job so i can pay my Projects by myself. and I have the quality to become a helper of this server, I did everything I can so I can get to this situation. I have helped many players in the past days and months and I will work as a Helper of the server.

Dedication
I dedicate this application for the server, for the community and for my friends. I wanna help the server and I will do everything I can.

Timezone
Yes, My Timezone is pretty good, When staff is offline I'm online. I have a unique timezone in the server, With this timezone, I can be a leader in the server while I'm the only one online or not only me.

Helpfulness:
When someone needs help, I help them as fast as I can. I do all my best on my last town which I sold, When my residents needs me and needs something I give them everything I can give.

I've been on a leadership training, and yes i know what is a leader is. and being a staff is like being a leader.

I'm not really american nor I have the blood of an American, But I know how to speak english. I'm not that fluent but I'm trying my best to be fluent at English.

Conclusion:
I dedicate this application to the server and to the community. I am applying now because I am mature, wise, friendly, helpful courteous. I know that I don't know everything about staff but I will learn all of them when I will get Helper. I will try to fight my Weaknesses and my Bad things as much as possible. All feedbacks will

Before you say the rate think of this first, Is this guy good for helper? Does he has the quality? I would say yes, I'm an experienced one and there's staff there which is new and god staff that fast. But me I've been trying hard to get helper. Why not give me a chance?

Look Gummi, I don't think you'll ever get staff.
Most of the time in shout all you do is advertise your Meep shops or whatever you have. You're not really communicating with Meep.
You only just came back from a break.
You ignore most of peoples private messages. I don't know if you think you're too good for some people or you don't notice the chat from all of your advertising but it's really annoying if people can't contact you.
You aren't mature. I don't know why you would say that you are in your app because that is a lie...
When I joined your town you left me for ages to go do other things... So I got bored and left. I joined your newer town with the casino and you used me for work. You didn't let me do anything else.

That's kind of spamming. You're repeating things and saying things with no use.

Why did you say this? obviously because you just posted this staff application. And I told you that was your reason, and that is when, the rudeness and the immaturity began.

The spam is obviously one example. Its very immature to just sit there and spam, and snap at anyone who complains.

Get your act together (be nice, be mature, and actually help players.) and try again in 6 months time.

-0.5 I know you have nearly all that you say you have Gummi, dedications activity, etc. The problem is that some of the stuff you say you are is not true. Although, I believe you can be mature, you do not often have any constructive comments for people. Now, obvious ably, I dont know whether or not you can help people in local. But, no one else knows that either.

To improve your qualities before you apply again, please work on your activity and helpfulness in shout, actually acting mature before you say that you are mature, stay modest in your helper app, and change my opinion of you for being immature. By the time you can change my mind the whole server will be calling you an angel.

Everything will be harder for you, Gummi, because you trashed your reputation earlier. The only way you will be able to get helper is to make your app and qualities perfected so that every biased person has no reasons to -1 you. GL

Also, I still have proof of you making an alt on the forums for likebotting.
It'd take me a long long long time to find it, but I could.
Also, in the above, you're been extremely rude, and saying 'What do you want.'' comes off as unofficial and anti-social, neither of which are good things for staff.
I've seen no improvement. When I see improvement, I'll give a +1, but for now, -1.

- In-Game Activity/Helpfulness In-Game: I haven't really seen you in Shout, other than Advertising Shops and such
- Ban History
- Application: If you were to Apply again, try to make your Application a bit longer

This, for one, really bothered me. This was a while ago, right before you went on your break and right after you applied for staff. For the third (? I think) time.
It seems like you ignore any and all advice given to you about how to become a better person. You constantly created threads about yourself, applied for staff, but never changed. Nor listened.

You just came back from a long break.
You have a very long history of being denied... and not bothering to improve.
You once told me you just wanted to be staff to be popular.
You are too immature, and I doubt you've changed.
I don't think you understand what it takes to be a staff member.

I apologize if I sounded rude, but this is getting tiring - as soon as you come back, you apply again, slipping back into your old habits. Please either stop or change what you're doing, because it's not working.
