Accepted Charge Back.....

Hey... Ive been off for all summer and as i wanted to get back on, i saw i was ban for "Charge Back"
I did bought some rank to some notorious people and always taking screenshot of the pay and everything, i dont know who charged back or anything (how can i know?) Soo, Id like to get unban so i can play again please, i loved playing that game so please dont ignore that, thanks.. I was elite, now i dont know what i am.. Also, cooleysword gave me the elite rank in an event.Pierrot3

Pierrot3, unfortunately this means one of the ranks you purchased for someone has charged back. When this happens it removes the money from Meep's account, and charges an additional $20 fee to the account. To reverse this, and get unbanned, you will unfortunately need to pay that $20.

I am going to see how I can help fix this situation for you bud, please give me some time, convo me and we can get in touch with skype.

Additionally, if an unban on this account is not possible for you, also contact me, I have an elite account you may have.

I do not believe this counts as ban evasion as he's done nothing wrong, but a victim of chargeback.

If it is ban evasion, well what they don't know can't hurt em.

 

I asked a mod if logging in on alt was ban evasion while banned for chargeback, they said yes

It is ban evasion, unfortunately. We have treated past cases this way and it would only be fair to treat this one the same, unless an admin agrees to a policy change or an exception.

 

My suggestion ages ago (when I was chargeback banned) to have charge backed accounts alt's let on was accepted.

It looks like the post was edited - probably after this came up at a meeting when I asked about it. At the time, Onis said he was changing the donation system so that chargeback bans would automatically punish the person who charges back, not the person who got the rank. But that change hasn't happened yet, so this is still an issue, and it might be worth revisiting. I'll ask about it again.
