You were advertising 1-7m dices. I came and you said "7m?" (I couldn't get that shot) I forgot to confirm but we went on and made rules anyway assuming it was 7 mill. Then I won and you at first tried to change the rules to first to three but we decided one roll. Then you paid me 100 meebles and said we were only dicing for 100 meebles (Worst copout ever btw).

This is you admitting to at least scamming me 3 million (At least.). Even know we both knew it was 7 mill...

Lets put it this way, you are saying we were dicing 3 million, when the hell did we say that? Never even spoke of that. Obvious lie is obvious, you are just trying to get out for a cheaper price. But hey, you are already 3 mill in the hole since you admitted to it and I am not going to complain.

Lets look at it a different way.

Your main argument is "Proof pls." You wouldn't be saying this unless you had nothing to hide. You are saying that I never said "Yes 7m" as if it was a definite factor to the situation. We both knew what we were risking. Every time you say "no proof" it makes me think less of you because it screams "I know I did it but you can't prove it".

on top of that the second and 3rd image are not over lapping so they could be two different times but they weren't. you guys can't ban me when we didn't confirm a bet

 

Dude, anyone with common sense in your situation knew we were betting 7 mill.

I'd rather have you banned then get 3 mill at this point.

gg m8 but you are beating a dead horse with that argument.

 

In his logs it clearly shows you stating "dice 7m?" and you guys went along with it meaning it was confirmed throughout dicing. If you had won, you wouldn't be making the same claim. IHAS has substantial proof that you dice scammed him, but I however cannot determine the outcome of this Appeal. Additionally, you have a very bad ban history. You've been given many chances.

 

You have been lying all over this appeal. It is obvious that you asked to dice 7 mil, lost, then never paid him. You have been given many chances on this server, you need some time to think about your recent actions. You may not appeal for another two weeks. Please take that time to acknowledge the things that you have done and prove to use that you are ready to change.
