Reason i should be unbanned: Well in the first time i want to said Sorry .-. i though i was gonna get kick for spamming not got Perm banned for Spamming -.- even though you guys want to unbanned me i want to get temp banned for 3 days at least to proof that im wrong :I and i will not spaming again. ik ik Its hard to believe if im gonna Stop Spaming but can We give it A try ?

i know i know u not gonna unbanned me that easy but atleast unbanned me and temp me 7 days ? or more but not forever

 

Nice to see how far my alt has went. Anyway Rikuo should be banned for ban evading. And its onis' call if you get unbanned. He's usually nice when it comes to the unbanning portion for me atleast.

 

It was an unfair ban.

Pig, do you really need to ask this? The real question is "Do you know the punishments for spamming?" This is one of the few reasons I left Meep. Rikuo is a very nice guy when it comes to talking with him. He should (this is to you @Iate2) not be perm banned because he merely spammed. Is it fair judgement that many others have spammed 3+ times with only a kick, and Onis happens to ban him? Pig and Onis: If you want to make your server lose money and not read your rules, feel free to keep him banned, and keep doing this. You will happen to see a huge drop in the Meep population, maybe even get a few charge backs. Please be fair, and put yourself in his shoes. I have seen Pig spam before. Please unban iSwagFTW and don't ban Rikuo.

 

The point is that he knew he was doing this, thats why onis banned him. BTW, your post doesnt make much sense because i always ban by the rules.

Let me make an abby statement. This kid knows he was spamming and he is a meep veteran so he knew the punishments. He decided to break a rule he didn't need to break so hes learning the hard way.

 

But honestly, why cant staff ban and unban according to their rules. Little things like this are BS.

 

Because the rules are not codes handed down from God himself, but rather a general guide on how one should behave. This isn't the law of a country with sections and subsections. The rules are a general framework, and staff have the ability and authority to moderate as they see fit loosely based on the intent of the rules.

That is the way it has always been, and the way it will most likely always will be, haven't you learned this by now?

 

The staff are staff so they can staff. They have the authority to alter the rules to some extent, but a perm for spam? Rikuo is a nice person, but he thought his punishment for spam would be a kick. In my opinion, this is exploiting the rules, and should result in a TEMP BAN. It's a bit harsh to perm him, but as ever, it's up to the staff.

And that is exactly the reason why people spam so much, they do it because they generally know it's only a kick. I'm not saying Rikuo is not a nice person, etc. But I am saying he should have known better, and he did know better. He made a conscious decision to break a rule because he felt the penalty is not sufficient of a deterrent. That isn't acceptable in my opinion.

I agree a tempban would have been nicer, but we know how Onis operates, and he has good judgement I believe, he is harsh though, and there isn't anything necessarily wrong with that.
