Why we should consider your appeal: I took items from an unowned plot.
If I had known it was ohdraqq's, I wouldn't have taken the stuff.
As for the signs, I got it that way, I can take them down in two seconds.

 

Sorry to post here, but if you applied for helper (and got an interview) you should know not to take items from an unowned plot. That's just a basic thing to know for a regular player.

This was my fault I repeat all of this is my fault! I gave monkey town ownership but forgot to mention to her about draqqs stuff this is a misunderstanding and I request to be banned in her place as I incorrectly informed her that the stuff was not to take

 

Neither of you should be banned. It was a small mistake, very easy to fix. She just has to return the items. You don't need to be banned for incorrectly informing her.

Things like this would be good to run through a "Meepcraft Court" system like I've mentioned before. I really need to write that up as a suggestion...

 

I don't get mad. I also don't break rules on purpose. If I had known about this being ohdraqq's stuff I wouldn't be banned and I will give it back upon unban, or they can just wipe me.

 

Also I am pretty sure that draqqs plot was unowned so there was NO WAY at all monkey could have known!

I have friends who checked, and opened it yesterday or the day before, cant remember.

Draqq, I don't think you realize that you were wiped. All of you stuff was taken from you. Monkeyhead was a staff member, and I, as well as many others, trust her when she says it was unowned. You are banned, and possibly never getting on Meep again. Why do you care whether of not she took the stuff.

 

Sorry for posting (yet again, probably going to get banned). The point is she ISN'T a staff member until she interviews and gets added as a helper in game/on forums. Also, if a plot is unowned (doesn't matter if you are mayor or not) you should make sure that the plot wasn't accidentally unclaimed or the player was banned and the proper actions were taken. All of this could have been avoided with a single /modreq.

 

I wasnt wiped, My stuff was given away. Check the logs of kdoc opening one of the chests, if you think it was unowned. I care because that wasnt her stuff to take.

Players with a permanent ban - You must wait for an appeal. If it is denied, then you must wait till the plots have been wiped by an admin before you can take them back. If it is changed to a temporary ban, then you must give a 5 day warning after the ban. If the player is unbanned, then you must give them the standard 7 day warning.

 

It is his stuff, and I respect that. I'll give it back upon unban, or the staff can choose to do it the harder way.
It's more annoying for both sides, but tbh I'm glad it's not just a perm.

This is beside the point if I wasn't aware of the plot being owned by you.

It hasn't been done yet, otherwise it wouldn't have been in my town.

I will admit that this could easily have been avoided, but I'm the mayor of 3 town ( one is on an alt) and I've been mayoring towns for all but about a month of my time on meep. I'm not going to modreq every time that plot is unowned.

 

She had no clue she probably just thought it was my stuff she had no reason to believe it was ohdraqqs because I left meep said you can have all my stuff here take it she probably just thought wow more stuff splendy gave me!

 

Staff.... Just get over hear and unban monkey already...
