i had everything in chests so new owner wouldn't do anything and it was hard to work around them

Transferred the town after that to Volphyne
Volphyne changed the name to AspenLake

In this case, blackphantom should not be banned. Am I right?

Volphyne owned a shop in the mall that Black destroyed (he owned it so he can). Volphyne just wants the stuff from the shop back I believe.

 

Alright so in that case Blackphantom should be banned for theft, not griefing. Let's see what I can do about this.

 

Okay so I have come to the conclusion (with the help of Abby) that you will be banned for 7d (3d more).
The fine will decrease as well.
This is due to the fact that you only stole items from the shops of other players, however you did not grief.
