Why we should consider your appeal: To start off i am very sorry, I don't really know what i did but I'm not going to be one of those people who says "I did nothing!" I think this was about Kingdom the town i bought off of sirrr_piglet and he said there was 300k+ worth of quartz and so i took the quartz and everything thinking i owned it.
I didn't meen to grief i HATE griefers taking there anger out at innocent people and i don't want to be one of them, i miss meep and i can refund everyone if needed and Please don't wipe my account that all my money IM VERY SORRY. i got messed up on perms because everything was named and sirrr_piglet pretty much said i could and quaddy said i could take form these one plots, i did not know what i was doing I'm sorry. ( sorry to the people i did it to )

 

Here is the proof of your ban. The area in question you griefed was called "Kingdom Mall". This town was bought by Volphyne very recently and you still had perms in this area so you destroyed well over 1 million in items. During the time that you were griefing, nothing was owned by Sirrr_Piglet. Care to explain?

Sorry if this is irrelevent, but I believe this somewhat goes with the case at hand. Four or five days ago (I'm guessing, may be longer/shorter), blackphantom was selling that town. I came to check it out, but I didn't want to buy it. I was watching him take all the quartz, but at the time, he did own the town/necessary plots. I firmly believe that this is all a misunderstanding between the appearent multiple owners of the same town. I do not believe Blackphantom had any intention of griefing; he thought he could.

Sorry for posting here but,

The logs show that blackphantom broke blocks on 6-20 and Tuesday was 6-24, if Volphyne owned it on that day than it wouldn't be a grief since the blocks were broken before the ownership of blackphantom.

 

I've been trying to tell them that but I'm still banned and its boring

Here is you giving a town to spider_strike. This story is very mangled and twisted and I'm still trying to get full proof of when ownership of the town currently owned by Volphyne was given over but, you were no longer mayor of a town on the 21st of June meaning that you did indeed grief on the 24th.

Okay abby I am posting here because there is a very simple solution to solving this very "mangled and twisted story" (lol!!!)

Why don't you look at when he broke the blocks and see if it is before he gave ownership to spidah. If that is so, then it isn't a grief

I can help clear things up. The town wasnt mine. The chest shops were. The mall was full of chest shops by different owners. I had a shop with 13 chest shops of the 11 discs and jukeboxes. When I warped to my shop I noticed that all of the chest shops were gone from the entire mall including mine. Thats when I made the modreq.

Just want to edit to say I got no mails from anyone asking me to remove my shops or notifying me that the mall was no longer operating.

You also have to think about the motive for this. The guy has 8 mil, why the hell would he grief something and get permabanned?
