Okay let me explain, I have 3 alts. I accidentally grabbed the coolnnx one because i forgot that bboy had it. I didn't mean to scam. I can give him one of my other alts or refund him. I didn't know bboy already had the account.

 

It seems like you should secure your accounts when selling them. Selling only the email and password, but not having them transfer the email is fishy.

I dont want any of your alts. I would much more rather have a refund.

 

Why has the rules changed?, Scamming alts was never bannable or refundable, why is it now?

We no longer ban people for alt account scamming. As staff, we have no way of knowing if someone is lying about not being able to access the account. I strongly recommend that you give one of them access to the other account though.

This is still a scam as you sold two players the same account.
