Why we should consider your appeal:

Today, when I got home from school, @Angelofdeath324 contacted me. I told him I would sell him Alpha Farlands for 450,000 and he agreed to it, saying he would do it later on. He then told me he wanted to come up with a clever method to deceive @DianaB72. I did not ask why, thinking it was completely innocent which was stupid of me. He then proceeded to have me tp to the stronghold portal that he and I owned together. According to him, he wanted me to do /t claim on the portal (he had to that chunk claimed as his own plot for the town of Meepcraft) when he gave me a "signal". Diana came and he asked her to to unclaim that specific chunk in local chat. She said, "Hang on, I'm going to check" or something very similar along those lines. She acknowledged in local chat that she knew that Angel was Assistant of Meepcraft. She force unclaimed it; I was in the portal room when this happened and I was suffocated right after I managed to claim the that chunk. I then went back to my Beta town after Angel failed to reply to me; after that, I went to shower and eat dinner, and came back to see that I was banned.

I had no idea what @Angelofdeath324 had planned. I did not know he was going to have that land unclaimed until @DianaB72 was at the land unclaiming it. I did not know that the chunk would be regenerated, leaving the portal destroyed. I did not have any part in speaking with or deceiving any staff member. I never lied to a staff member.

All in all, all I did was reclaim the chunk after Diana acknowledged that he was an Assistant in Meepcraft and force unclaimed the chunk.

 

Hi CinnamonTiny. Here is the proof you knew exactly what was going on and contributed to the deceit attempting to steal the endportal from another town.

I think it's the 3rd image from the bottom but he did mention the 3 plot rule, which, in fact, does apply to this situation in my opinion. The rule was used for Farlands to keep the portal which we rightfully owned since Angelofdeath324 was allowing me to move Farlands to that location and he owned the plot that you unclaimed.

Furthermore, no one in any of the pictures did I say that I knew that the current mayor of Meepcraft knew what was going on. All I knew was that angel wanted Farlands to have the portal since he was planning on buying the land. For all I know, the mayor told him that I could have the portal. I did not question him because I did not realize that what was going on was illegal.

Also, I never acknowledged that we were "stealing" the portal. I thought he just wanted Farlands to have the portal.

 

You knew he had to "trick" me into force unclaiming it. What I checked was the border and what "other" town was next to it... it happen to be too close to your claim - unbeknownst to me, this was an agreed upon arrangement already. I acknowledge your involvement was less but this will be reviewed by someone else.

 

As a final point (I understand someone else will review this), I assumed that you knew what he was doing since you said you were going to check on it.

 

You might reread what I wrote... what I was checking was the borders of your claim next to his. You knew I was being deceived. You even disguised as a sheep till you thought I left.

 

I was disguised because he asked me to. I didn't understand what you said originally, sorry. All he said to me was that he was going to try to be clever and "trick" you. He did not state how. He asked you to unclaim the land, which you did but you did not state in game that you were just checking the borders; I assumed you were making sure that there was actually a violation in the first place, which you were, and when you unclaimed it, I assumed everything was all settled and completely legal.

I did not realize what he was doing to trick you since you actually went ahead with what he wanted.

 

I am very disappointed in this whole situation! Diana is a very trusting Admin who goes above and beyond to always help the community and for her to be used in this way is plain bogus! You don't realize that this action will now make her think twice when asked for help in the future, I was burned in the past by trusting and that is in my mind with every action I do these days. I will offer a piece of advice, if you knowingly do something wrong and are caught "be truthful" making up stories and excuses only makes you look like more of an "BLOCKED BY MY PERSONAL FILTER"
