Why we should consider your appeal: Because I Don't Use Xray, I Openly Admit I Have The resource pack in my folder but i use that for single player i would never use it on multiplayer let alone Meepcraft. i myself have have been helper to servers back as far as 1.4 and i know how annoying x-ray was on multiplayer. I would never use it. I also am rather annoyed as i recently came assistant and builder to the town of sky fall in towns beta and would love to help the town grow not be stuck doing nothing after being banned. And i know you probably looked at what texture pack i was using and i can tell you this, when i logged onto meepcraft a still had the pack on but check whatever system thing you have on because about 10 seconds later i changed ( i had it on from playing single player ) i would never use it to help i am an honest person who loves the server. recently i have ten contemplating donating to either premium or exclusive but don't see the point if I'm going to get banned for something as silly as this

i mean i hope i haven't been perm banned for a honest slip up and something which i didn't really do

 

The proof is a YouTube video that shows how you dug straight down to dungeons 3 times. In a conversation you told me that you got caught for switching texture packs, that is not what you got caught for. You got caught for having an x-ray texture pack installed and also using it, which is what the video displays.

 

Wait One i don't dig down to dungeons there is no point of dungeons and what i do is dig down until i get a mineshaft etc not dungeons I'm not allowed spawners sos what is the point

I'll just explain it briefly for you. The block of wood shows data entries of what happens to a particular block. (Or where a block used to be) The video shows you digging directly down into dungeons (which have valuables such as spawners) on multiple occasions. This has led the staff team to believe that you have been using a modified client.

 

I dig straight down, and anyway what is the point of me finding dungeons, i don't need armour or horse armour etc i don't use armour except boot all i need is gold which why i dig down as its quicker than going a stair way as no point of stairway if I'm just gonna tp to towns at the end of it. i think we would all be banned if we got banned for digging straight down. and anyway i like the loot chefs in the nether more they have higher rate of better things like gold ingots or the rare occasion i found and then did /sellhand when four diamond horse armour in a nether chest, i dig down as it is so much quicker. can't you see that check all my mining logs i dig down

I Mean Why would i want to ruin the server. As i said earlier i know how annoying x-ray is to ruin a server etc, I am an honest man I've never been warned or banned before, I've never done anything bad, i am assistant of a town and builder i way to help the town (sky fall) build up.
I don't see how you are banning me purely for digging down. I Mean Check My other logs whenever i go mining for materials i dig straight down, it is quicker and easier to find good mines hafts, not too find dungeons which i have no use off. I Am Very sorry for digging down and i am sure i have a reason to be perm banned for digging down. No mean to be rude but i find it a bit unfair and i really would love to get back on

 

Denied you are obviously digging down directly to spawner rooms. Please re-appeal in 1-2 months with an apology.
