Denied Rusian's Ban Appeal

Why we should consider your appeal:

I called someone a "prick". I put this word in a non sexual related sentence. It must at most have been harassment, which it wasn't because I was saying a line from a famous internet copy/pasta, "what did you just say about me" (look it up), meaning I meant it in a joking way. I never meant to harass anyone or whatever. When someone calls someone a ****, with the goal of offending someone, the person mostly is of with just a kick, so why did I get 3 days? I'd also wanted to add that Oroperion is very biased towards me. Since the moment that I gave negative feedback about him on his staff application(after which he kept bothering me with pm's, very childishly, asking why, to which I refused to answer, and he kept on going), he had been trying to find the smallest matter to ban or kick me for. I am 100% sure that if another person had said the same thing, he'd just walk away with a kick from Oroperion.

There was no bias. I can reban you with the same punishment and length if that would make you feel better.

 

You're right, it will be deleted as it contains unnecessary content, and is not relevant to the ban which is being appealed.

 

It contains content that supports my argument of Oroperion being biased.

 

I personally went back and read all of iiWars posts that were warned and I can assure you that I saw no bias. I, or any other staff member would have made the same decision. As bluecarneal stated, if it would make you feel better we could get someone else to ban you.

 

Couldn't Oroperion let any other staff member delete the posts if they really were not appropriate, on his own threads? I don't think he should have the right to moderate and alter content on his own staff application, let someone else do it. And this is not a demotion request, this is a ban appeal. A ban appeal for a ban which lenght and reason are unjust.

First of all, I do not take into account my personal relations between the user when punishing them. Just because I catch you breaking the rules more than other people, because you do, does not mean that I am banning you because I do not like you. Your previous ban history, which is quite colorful, includes bans from many staff members other than myself. Also, I want to make it very clear to everyone that I do not care what you have to say about me. If you are breaking the rules, you will be banned, regardless of who you are.

Also, I would like to point out that you apparently are stalking me on Skype.

 

Like I said, the word was not sexual and not meant as harassment. I didn't even expect to be kicked since I personally didn't find it an inappropriate word. A kick would've thought me and I'd never say it again. Also, I don't even have your skype, what do you mean?

 

I'm going to deny this, as a member of the community you should know that the use of this word is offensive in some other countries. I understand that the original use of the world was not intended to be harassing in any way but, you cannot use that word and that is the end of it. Please wait out your ban for the time being.
