Denied Buckbagr's ban appeal

Reason: Minor towny theft

I didn't steal anything I was building a spawn for Airzos with my friend madgeniusdvj24 and me and Airzos had a little arguement about the price.....During the arguement Airzos said I could tear down the building if I didn't like the price ,but I didn't all I tore down was 4 gold blocks and replaced them with glowstone. That isn't theft and if you tell me how to show you a skype convo I will glady show you him saying that at the time of the ban I even offered to pay him 10k *all I had* just so we could stay friends even know he is just trying to get me banned....Puckminer was the mod there and I felt like he didn't care what I said at all he just wanted Airzos to be happy because he had a higher rank but who knows maybe I'm wrong but he didn't listen to me at all...I didn't steal he said I could tear down the building but I didn't cause I wanted to be friends......It's stuff like this that makes people quit meep people that just try to cause trouble and fights and people who listen to the higher ranks I love meep but honestly this is just ridiculous

 

Hi as I asked before I banned you, do you have any proof of him saying that you can keep the building materials?

 

They were never his and he doesn't have any proof of him saying I couldn't but I have proof of him saying I could tear down the building

 

The logs show that Airzos placed the blocks there. You took them and replaced them with glowstone.

 

It's wasn't his plot for one and two he told me I could destroy the building which includes what he placed and he never said I couldn't keep the stuff so again it wasn't stealing
