Youtube?

Hey all meepers on this forum! I am theyellowcheese and I joined just recently (I guess this is an introduction) and I'm wondering if I'm allowed to record on this server. I've already recorded a couple of videos on my new youtube channel.

I don't know good screen recorders (I use bandicam because didn't want to spend money yet)
I don't know good video editing softwares
