[Wild] Combat logging

Make it so that combat logging in wild is illegal again.

Either put it back in the rules or put a combat tag system similar to Extreme.

Wild is a big world and it's really less likely for someone to find another player. However, PVP is part of the danger of Wild. Take that away and you have people intentionally disconnecting or /home, /warp out of that danger. Strength potions are already disabled there and it has 1.12 PVP which makes the TTK long enough to give players enough time to escape pursuers.

If you're one of the people who thinks that's not a fun way to play the game, PVP will always be a part of the game. PVP is not fun for most people but it's a way to spice things up for other people's enjoyment. You can grind your jobs the way you want but wild should be dangerous. If you get caught off guard then you probably deserve the death.
