    Howdy y'all!
Ik I said that I wouldn't do any of this unless I got 10 people who watch the Game of Thrones TV show or Book readers. I was going to stick to that, but I just decided to these since I just realized that I never really had the goal to unite a Got community, but instead I meant to convince people to watch the show, which was my initial goal. So I am going to tell you the history of the Notorious White Walkers and the Army of the Undead! And din't care if you don't care, this is what a person who is on Vyvanse daily, thinks about! <3

    What White Walkers Are (open)

"In that darkness the White Walkers came for the first time. They swept through cities and kingdoms, riding their dead horses, hunting with their packs of pale spiders big as hounds."
    ―Old Nan (Season 1)

"White Walkers" are mythical creatures that exist in the universe of Game of Thrones and A Song of Ice and Fire. White Walkers are depicted in the show as tall pale creatures with ultra-defined wrinkles and expressionless faces. White Walkers in the books are called "The Great Other" instead of the well-known White Walkers and are depicted in the books as having "an other-worldly beauty" instead of those god-awful wrinkles and long white baby hair.

    Origins of White Walkers (open)
Approximately 8,000 years before the time in which the story takes place, a celestial event occurred that is known as "The Long Night". As the name suggests, The Long Night was a period of time that lasted an entire generation where the sun never shone, literally, there was no sunlight and there was only darkness. This was before "The Wall" was ever built and there were kingdoms and villages stretched far beyond where The Wall stands in current times. One day in the darkness of The Long Night in "The Lands of Always Winter" which is as far as the north goes, something woke up. It is said that they woke from ice with the help of the magic from "The Children of the Forest". But that was when the first White Walkers roamed the land. They destroyed entire villages and killed everything in their path, which struck fears into the hearts of men all over Westeros. Thankfully, a hero rose up and with the help of Giants and the magic of The Children of the Forest, Brandon The Builder of House Stark, raised the wall that is said to still be growing to this day to be 700 ft tall. Unfortunately, all the people on the northern side of the wall, were trapped and were unable to pass through to the southern side. These people became what is know today as "Wildlings". With The Wall having it's foundations in place, Brandon The Builder Founded "The Night's Watch", that is sworn to protect Westeros from the Horror that lays Beyond The Wall

    Lore (open)
It is said that during The Long Night, The Lord Commander of The Night's Watch was on Patrol on the northern side of The Wall when he found a pale woman with bright blue eyes. He brought the women through The Wall to the southern side and fell in love with her. The Lord Commander took control of a castle on The Wall called "The Night Fort" and proclaimed himself "The Night's King" and with his bride, he sacrificed his fellow "Crows", which eventually got out of hand. Later on, House Stark and the Wildlings teamed up and killed The Night's King and his Corpse Bride. After which the Wildlings were banished back beyond The Wall. To this day, The Night's King lives on as a prestigious rank among The White Walkers ans the original Night's King died during The Long Night. here is an image of the current Night's King:
