What theme should our town be?

Me and my good friend iJoe22 are making a new town amd i would love it if you guys could give us some suggestions on what to do , we have picked our theme it will be a modern town with prebuilt houses and i wanted to know what else we could add in. And i mainly want to know how big we should make the houses/plots so choose what you think is the best sized plot for a modern town.

Also can we have some suggestions for names for the town aswell.

U cant set plot sizes its fixed to 16x16

 

But you can combine multiple plots.

 

Yes you can do that but plot size for a single one is 16x16
