    Every 500 or so votes, have a lottery that gives a rank upgrade to the winner. This will encourage new players as well as veterans to vote on a regular basis.

    It used to do this, but every month. And it was whoever had the most votes at the end of the month, but this works to.

    back in old meep, we had a lottery that let you buy tickets, up to 20, to win over 100k somewhere around there
