Introduction: Hello! I'm viince508, but you can just call me viince for short (not that it makes that much of a difference). I love video games, but of all the ones I've played, Minecraft seems to be my favorite. One of my friends introduced me to it about a year ago, but I've been hooked ever since. Other than game, I like to play several sports (crew, martial arts [almost black belt ], sailing and baseball), read, write fantasy/sci fi, and hang with my friends. As you may have seen above, I'm fourteen, but don't underestimate me because of it. I live in Cape Cod, that small little peninsula/island off of Massachusetts. As of right now, I am in 9th grade, but I take 10th grade honors core classes (except for English) and studying Chinese. I play percussion in my school band, and I'm taking culinary as my elective this half year. I also like to watch and read anime/manga. I'm weird, I accept that, but I'm a pretty chill person so if you want to chat or anything, just send me a message!

Why I should be Helper:

Experience: I was once a Head Admin on a small server, but I earned it. The server is closed now, so I cant really give you anything but my word on that. I try my best to help out people with any problems they have as much as I can, and I'm slowly increasing my use of global chat. Meep is my favorite server, and so I want to be able to help people understand and grow to love Meepcraft as much as I do. I don't quite know the permissions of helper, but I can say that I will do my best to uphold Meepcraft Law, and punish rule breakers. I want to be able to return to Meep that which Meep has given me.

Devotion: I really do love Meep, I try to get on it as much as I can, but I am a busy person and cannot always play. About 97% of my Minecraft time is spent on Meepcraft. It's funny, actually. My friend (the same one who introduced me to Minecraft) brought me to this server because he wanted to play halo. I was skeptical at first, but then I started playing in the other game modes. I joined a town, and worked my way up to the rank of assistant with hard work and dedication. Not long after, I saved up enough meebles to buy [VIP], then later upgraded to [Premium]. Currently I am saving up for [Exclusive]. I try to get on once a day, be it immediately after school, or in the wee hours of the morning after I finish my homework.

Play-Time: As I stated earlier, I try to get on every single day, for as long as I can. I spend most of my time in my town, working on projects to improve it, or showing people around. Other than that, I also like to spend my time in Kitpvp, wracking up the meebles. As for the other things, I will spend my time in there in dribs and drabs, but other than that, I'll usually stick to my typical activities.

Work Ethic: I am a hard worker, and I love doing big projects and the like, even if I'm alone. I promise that I will keep tabs on /check to make sure that anyone who needs help, gets it. I will also help anyone who /msg's me, if they need it. Also it would be nice if whomever does that avoids spamming or rudeness. Helping people is fun, to me at least, and so to be a help to the server seems even better.

Weaknesses:

Temperament: I have an unfortunately low tolerance for some things, but I can usually deal with it until the problem is resolved and then go take it out on my punching bag downstairs . Sometimes though, I will lose it a little bit, but hopefully that will never happen, and even if it does, it's usually not too major.

Grammar: Quite hypocritically, I hate people who use the wrong forms of your (and you're), there (they're and their), and all the other mistakes that people make. If you do something like that though, I will usually just correct you.

Maturity: I like to consider myself mature for my age, but on occasion I have been known to act...somewhat immature. I am a human being, and I like to have fun as much as the next guy. Sometimes I do get a little carried away with it though, so if I do, please stop me before it's too late.

Conclusion: While I may not have been on Meepcraft, Minecraft, or the forums the longest of anybody, I still believe that I have what it takes to be a capable staff member. Whether or not you feel the same is a different matter. Thank you for taking the time to read my application, even if you only read this sentence. Teamspeak is required, as interviews are done there. Interviews need mic use. Skype is needed for staff chats.
You need to be active on skype, TS, and forums, and show a level of maturity and responsibility. ''viince508 for helper 2k14'' doesn't show either.
Improve your activity.
You app was pretty good, actually. Keep that up!
I think you show staff qualities just from the application itself, but need more time.

Cons:
-Gratz for your first post in forums! Seriously, never ever have staff app as first post...
-Teamspeak is required.
-Skype is important part while being Staff. You keep contact to other Staff members with it.
-Tbh, I have never seen ya in game. Must be the timezones...

I have never seen you in game (probably time zones) but you need to work on your activity in forums and on ts. To be a good staff member, you must be active on all aspects of the server, not just in game. Your app was good, however, and I think you have the potential to be on the staff team. Spend more time on the forums and I'll change my vote. Good luck!

-1 Viince, I see you in game often, but I've never seen you on forums or TeamSpeak, which activity on all 3 is a vital part of being staff. But, the app was really high quality and, if your activity improves, I'll change my vote !
