So Listen up, this is my Suggestion. New Towns World.

Why? Regular Towns is semi boring. You can't walk 300 blocks from a town to not find another one. It's hella annoying.

This new towns world would be called Delta, ofc. smh.
This Towns will not be like the others. This town is going to be something completely different and revolutionary.

This town's world will include custom terrain!

This Towns world will be entirely exclusive to itself. Meaning If you have $10,000 meebles in the regular server it's worth less here.
The hub of the new towns world will have a shop set up. Did I mention you can literally build anywhere you want in this new towns world? Yes that's correct, You can build absolutely anywhere but here's the catch. You can build anywhere you want, but it's entitled to being griefed if the area you've built on isn't claimed by your town.

Summary
New Towns World
Basically the Wild, but it's the New Towns World
Only items and money made within this towns world may be kept in that Towns world.

MeepCraft is a Towny server right? Why not introduce something like this, step away from the regular Towny routine! No Risk no reward!

Edit: I forgot to mention that this new towny world would be massive, and with having custom terrain, will also have custom dungeons, ruins, abandoned towns etc etc. As well as the Nether, A complete overhaul and new everything to the current towny system. This is going to be revolutionary to the server, and I can't wait to get started on it! : - )

And you wonder why MeepCraft isn't getting anywhere? Without risk there is absolutely no reward. It's basically the hardcore version of townys.

How is it going to split the community? People who like pvp, people who like to earn items, have items that have actual value, actually feel like they've accomplished something will want to be apart of this Towns world.

No need to get a new server to host it when there are plenty of Mini-Games that have already been taken down for no reason on the server. We're a Towny server not a 80% mini-game's 20% towns server.

Factions - Factions will create an unnecessary divide in the community. Fuzzlr has decided its in the servers best interest not to pursue this. this idea has similarities with factions and will have the same effect

 

Towns Delta will have no effect on towns Alpha and Beta. It's in a league of it's own. Seeing as 50% + of the server wants factions back or something similar such as Towny wars. I'm 100% positive this is the best opportunity for it.

 

Part of the community may want something like this but fuzzlr has said previously that this is not what he wants meepcraft to be

 

Fuzzlr is currently looking towards new alternatives and new ideas to help gain popularity to the server. The community is a great factor in helping in this way. So would this.

This sounds like an entirely separate server - maybe that is what it should be? Wouldn't there be issues with our existing gear struggling to run this expanded huge Towns world? Also, meep just paid $3k for a defective spawn - I cannot imagine what we would pay for the tech and associated overlays to run this new world.

I'm not against reworking one of the existing Towns world to have Factions or similar - they're identical, was that the original purpose? Honestly, why have two identical Towns worlds? However, I digress. -1, no new Towns world.

The idea is that the structures will be turned into towns/bases. Seeing as you're basically starting fresh here no money, only specific donor tools that you start out with, Wood Pick axe, stone, iron, and diamond. Players will be these structures and take advantage of the opportunity, or they could be raided and turned into a pile of blocks couldn't care less.

''Will the world be reset'' tbh that's a really good point. I've come up with a few solutions for this problem.
Solution 1: The map is huge, 5milx5mil(extreme estimate) blocks but only 1/4 of it is opened up per half year (or full year). After such said time 1/4 of the map is opened up, basically starting new. Either have the map in different themes, Dessert, Lava, Forest, Ocean, Sky etc etc etc. We could make Trailers for every zone that is about to come out, new buildings, new raids, new fortresses etc.
(I'm hoping that in the future we'll be able to have custom weapons and armor as well.)

Solution 2: Structures would be copied and saved via Schematic into either the Architect Build world, or a different world all in it self. Then after a period of time re-copied into the same location. (If this location doesn't have a base/town or what ever attached to it.) Or it could be set up to do this automatically via coding.

Solution 3: No. Nothing happens, we just go with it. If crap gets destroyed and beaten up, then so be it. I'm guessing that people will create towns/bases around these buildings/structures to keep them safe, and to make them their own.

My opinion: I'm hoping for All three to happen. Have the map released in a sort of DLC type map. Were you can have 1/4 of the map opened and have the other 3/4 of it being worked on. It's a semi huge project. But with the amount of Architects and wonderfully talented players that already reside on this server, I'm sure 2/4 if not 3/4 of it could be built within a 3 month time period.

MeepCraft is a Townies Server. We already have two towns worlds that are almost filled with random towns. Noob Towns. Abandoned Towns. Random town outpost in the middle of nowhere. Etc etc. If you want to play the same boring town over and over again that's fine. But this new Town's idea is for players who want something different. It's basically the Hardcore Version of already existing Town worlds. Almost as an RPG type world. Own trading system. Only specific perks of that players rank would work in this world. Ultimate's wouldn't be able to fly in this world until they found the spells, or books that would allow them too.

How Fuzzlr spends his money is up to him. $3,000 for a spawn is completely absurd IMO as well. But if he has the money to spend $3,000 on a new spawn almost every 6 months. I'm pretty sure he'll be able to support an expansion like this to the server. We are a Towny Server after all. Either way the new world may even pay for itself. Current people with low or medium ranks might want to purchase higher ones, so forth with non ranks as well.

This will also help out the PVP community. Starting fresh, God tools, armor actually being worth something now. Huge areas to PVP in, Epic areas to PVP in. I mean the list goes on and on.

If we had a world like this I would donate more money if I got perks exclusive to the world.

 

Well I don't really like factions, but nation wars would be cool. (Except all the stealing complaints)
