Towny custom rank follow-up.

unknown put up his thread, and here's my ideas.
Here are the current ranks and their perms:
VIP: None
Recruiter: /t add
Builder: place
Assistant: /t add, /t kick, /t claim, /plot fs, /plot nfs, all plot perms
Co-mayor, assistant + /t withdraw, /t unclaim
Mayor: Comayor + /t delete

My ideas:
VIP: None
Recruiter: /t add, /t kick, /plot fs, /plot nfs
(Additions made to better allow recruiters to add and give new residents a plot without having to wait for people to come online/have plots already set fs. They can also kick players if needed.)

Builder: All plot perms, /plot fs
(additions made to further help builders actually build, breaking so mistakes ca be reverted, switch so they can place a chest and not have to go back and forth, /plot fs when finished so people can buy.)

Assistant: /t add, /t kick, /t claim, /t unclaim, /plot fs, /plot nfs, all plot perms
(assistant can now add residents, claim and make new plots, clear old plots, /t add and kick as needed.)

Attendant or Maintenence: /t claim, /t unclaim, /plot fs, /plot nfs, /plot toggle, /t toggle, all plot perms
(this rank basically just does upkeep on the town and does not deal with residents. they can make and edit plots, deleteif needed. basically a step up from builder.)

Co-Mayor: /t add, /t kick, /t unclaim, /t claim, /t claim outpost, /plot fs, /plot nfs, /plot set perm, /t set perm, /plot toggle, /t toggle, /t set taxes all plot perms
(What they have now, except /t withdraw removed. /t withdraw has cause issues in many towns I've seen, completely legal. it shouldbe up to the mayor to keep the town running with enough money, the taxes would help as well.)

Mayor; same, full control.
