Towny Businesses & Quests

Towny Businesses-
You can own a business where you can hire people and the money you make each week or day will be payed automatically to the players you hired, it would cost for you to make the business, it would kinda be like a pwarp but when you hire a player they get all the perms they need, and they would be payed automatically. This could help new players get their shops to get more people to come through by hiring people. It would seem more like what a town would have.

Meep Quests-
So players would make these quests and make a reward, its kinding like trading. So like for example Player1 makes a quest for a tax of 100 meebles, the reward if you do it will be 1 emerald, 64 dirt, and 3 melon. ( Command could be like /quest make (reward) (your job to earn the reward) Then Player1 fills out what you have to do to get the items. Player2 really needs the 1 emerald and sees that the quest is to get 64 dark oak logs, easy enough he claims it and then starts getting the dark oak logs. When he gets all the items he needs he does (for example) /quest done (ID Number) So like each quest will have a ID Number for you to finish it.

I feel that this can be done manually quite easily and don't see a need to have a plugin to go this type of things.

I like the idea of quests but I think they should be NPC based and more random. Players can suggest things NPC's can request. NPC's would just give you the quest 'get me a stack of each type of wood' and it'd give you a reward for that. Or it'd tell you to find a treasure chest at xyz coords.
