Basically you can make a pwarp under a towns name. Lets say you have like 3 pwarps. That's 9k a day. Lets say you forget about them and put all your money into your town bank. You have 0 meebles in your bal. You lose 3 pwarps. Here's some commands:

    For towns:
    /pwarp new town (townname) (pwarpname)

    For Players:
    /pwarp new player (pwarpname)

When you think about it, your town will always have money in it. I'm always looking after my towns bal. It is where I keep all my money. It's kind of annoying to make sure you have enough money in your bal for the pwarp taxes. You might say that well most people have 3k in there bal a day. But, let's say you own a shop pwarp and someone sells you a bunch of stuff until your broke. You have no money, your offline, and have a 3k pwarp tax coming your way. What happens? You lose your pwarp!

It will not have any negative effects if added. Also, lets say someone tries to trick you and makes a pwarp then puts it under your town name. When the mayor of this town logs on, they'll get a notification saying:

_Piro_ has sent the /pwarp example to your town "Example2". Do you accept? Type /pwarp town accept to accept and /pwarp town deny to deny it. When accepted, the pwarp automatically goes under your town, when denied, the pwarp goes back to the player.
