Tower of the Kings

Hello everyone, I'm currently looking for extremely talented builders to help build floors in my tower. Each floor must house a specific challenge atypical from the other floors (in other words, if the tower already has a water maze, it doesn't need another). How much am I willing to pay for the construction of one floor? 100K-500K(The 500K is only if you have an idea that's "HOLY MOTHER OF GOD," and that's rather rare coming from me.
When the tower is open, players will attempt to cross your floor, and will hopefully succeed or fail trying. I do have a few conditions, you will not, and I repeat, will NOT be paid if your floor is a piece of garbage, regardless how hard you worked on it or for how long. I will re-imburse you for your time, but it will only be 10K at the most. Gathering your own materials and I'll pay you an additional 25K-50K.
If any of you remember a post months ago, a similar idea of this was create and led by me, but I had to get off for College reasons.

How big are these floors we can work with? And if they are floors then what are the plot perms (they affect everyone since we are all in the same plot(s). What rank are you? (Need to know if you can use mob spawns)

 

I am a VIP, but if I understand the rules correctly, I'm not allowed to own the spawners or have them on my plots. My plan is to have the current builder (BobbyBlueDragon) keep the plots under his control, allowing the placement of spawners. If he doesn't want to add people as his friends,I will move to my plan B is to only have one floor constructed at a time and exchange the ownership of the plots to the next builder. When the tower event is over, I will have all the builders return to get back their spawners. If I'm still not allowed, then the answer is no
You are working with 9 plots(36 x 36 x 5-50(50 is the max and will only be done if it's a boss level)), but if you need a bigger area to build, I will claim the needed land. You are allowed fire and mobs, but not explosion(With mobs turned on, I can't have creepers running around the mazes and blowing up holes in the wall.
