Techs

We need more techs. I talked to Klutchdecals and he told me that they are looking and that techs are hard to find. I told him I would help look. I'm only 13, and if I can even find one tech, it will help a lot. What I'm asking is that everyone at least tries to find techs that can help our community and our server grow.

 

Where are we supposed to find Techs?

Oh i see, i don't know any Tech people so i probably won't be any help. I'll keep an eye out though

 

It's none of your concern, you can't just blindly search for a guy who's supposedly good at this kind of stuff, and it's not even about being good at programming or whatever, you have to find a person who'd you trust the server with.

Hmmm...I may not be the best but I'm quite good at coding...I have never tried coding in minecraft as such but I have coded an android app and some websites.

 

Developers/Techs aren't just someone you can find easily. They have complete access to the server and could easily just delete the server. This is one of the main reasons why there aren't very many techs. I have been tech on a lot of server because of my immense knowledge of java and minecraft plugins, but it took me more than a day to earn their trust. Techs have more perms than anyone.
