Tagging players bypass gtoggle

    /gtoggle is useful now because of the playerbase being cancer. Is it possible to still be notified when you are tagged in global so you can message that player when someone wants your attention because there's been a few situations where it'd be useful, obviously it'd be something far down the line to do.

    They could just /tell /msg you, I see no need for tagging when they can just contact you by private Message.

    But that being said.. Good idea. +1
