    We should make it so if someone is using a boat disguise note, then other people can get into the boat and be able to ride around with the person with the boat disguise.

    idk why not. it could be a ranked perk or something like that.
    and boats should be able to float in water.

    This could be like the cowboy gadget once we get that fixed we won't need to have float-able disguises.
