Intro: Hi, My name is Paul....I'm a very open 16 year-old that plays minecraft a lot. I like to play as a regular member, but if I am offered a job, I do it and I don't usually mess around while doing it. I am not very new to this server, as I have been very familiar with towny and this is one of the biggest and best towny servers. I always have fun playing on this server and socializing with this great community.

Why should you be helper/mod?: I think I should be mod because I believe that I have helped lots of people on this server. I know the plugins very well, and even if I can't actually play all day long, I can still sit around my computer and answer some modreqs. Previously, I have been staff on smaller servers. I have been staff on some of my friends' servers and even some new servers that need some help growing. Usually, I would help for a long time, doing whatever I can to make the server better, and then after about 3-4 months, I would retire my position. If I were to become some type of staff rank on this server, I don't plan on retiring anytime soon, as it is one of my favorites. I have integrity and I always try to make a special relationship with all of the players. I also have a really good sense of responsibility. I believe that a strong sense of responsibility effects how the job is done and the amount of work is done in the allotted time. I also have great discipline, in my opinion. When someone (ex. an admin) tells me to do something, I do it right away and I don't argue about it at all. I drop what I'm doing (unless I'm helping another player in which case I try to finish up with them, then do it) and I start doing it right away in a timely fashion, but not so fast that it's a sloppy job. I also have a good sense of teamwork. I do really well when working with other staff... I can cooperate with them really well so that the job can get done well and so that we all like it. I am very dedicated to make sure that everyone is happy. I try my best to answer everyone's questions until they understand (whether it takes 5 minutes or an hour). If there is some kind of dispute between two or more players, I talk to them and try to help them fix it. I am also dedicated to making anything I build on these servers my best effort.

Weaknesses: One of my weaknesses is that sometimes I can ask too many questions. Other than that, I don't think there is too much. If I can tell there is someone that is going to start arguments with me, I try to be extra nice to them. I am only immature when I am not doing my job. If I am doing my duties, I try to be the most mature I can be.
