/sethome in skyblock

I'm suggesting all player (regardless of rank) be allowed one /sethome unique to skyblock, and all donors (regardless of vip or ult) to be allowed 2 homes (only one more than a nondonor).

Some issues brought up when discussing this in chat:

People could push animals off my island while I'm away.
Simple, just pen your animals or don't allow for people to tpa to your island. You could even create a box or house and only tpa people when you are in the box, then their /sethome would only get them in the locked house/box.

It would be annoying for people to roam my island.
There is already some great commands for example: /is lock and /is ban (player) where you can either not allow anyone onto your island that isn't a member (/is lock) and will kick all the nonmembers on your island to spawn, or /is ban if you don't want to /is lock but the player will not go away when asked. Either way, it isn't hard to prevent people from coming to your island if you do not want them there.

 

nah those issues wouldn't be issues if sethome just simply wasn't implemented in skyblock.

your island is small enough for you to run around from place to place conveniently, sethome isn't very necessary.

The intent behind the suggestion for me was to be able to /sethome on other people's island if we agreed to share something such as villager access or similar.

 

Isn't there /is warp or something that tps you to other people's islands? Isn't there like /is trust? I haven't played on meep skyblock so I don't know but meep should add that instead

 

+1 When you have a large skyblock like I once had, traveling to different layers is very difficult. A sethome would be very helpful and convenient. I don't really see any downsides to it, if people waste a sethome on someone else island, they either have permission and a reason or they deserved to be banned from that island.

I don't know how much you play skyblock but most top islands aren't very small.
