Selling Wither skeleton grinder access

Trouble making money on meepcraft? Here's your solution!

I am selling access to a wither grinder. You can make a ton of money here if you have a looting sword. In this grinder there will always be enough wither skeletons to kill, so simply run around with your looting sword and kill them. Then you can sell all of the wither skelly heads for 250 each at /warp shop!

TERMS/RULES
By buying access to the grinder you are also agreeing to the following:
-You will not in any case give out the coords of the grinder or post them anywhere
-You will not tpa anyone to the grinder. If someone tells them they have access, don't tpa them, I will come on and tpa them.
-You will not destroy the spawners or grief the grinder in any way.
-You will not kill other players in the grinder who have bought access.
If you break any of the rules staff action will be taken!

Grinder access is 50k. Msg me in game to buy.

To highlight the positives again:
Easy and reliable money (You can sell as much or as little to /warp shop as you want)
You will only need 200 wither skelly heads to pay back the fee (Maybe one hours work, after that you're making a lot of profit)

 

I'm going to warn you, I did those more than 3 times already and every time it just ends being griefed. I hope this doesn't happen to you like it always happened to me. Good luck on that grinder mate.

UPDATE

I have started work on a grinder that will be ungriefable, and will have over 20 spawners. It will open 27 April. If you have already paid for access you will be able to use it. If not, because of the OPness of this grinder, price will rise to 100k on 27/04.
