Selling /Pwarp Farm

I'm selling the land of /pwarp farm (Can be with or without the town, either way the town is going)

I'm leaving the farmer job so I figured I'd sell the place to someone who wants to grind the job


All crop farm, apart from Cactus, since cactus farms can be easily made


All colour Sheep farm, along with islands for other animals apart from Mooshrooms, since the eggs didn't spawn.


I'm looking for at least 500k? Mainly because It's a project I have had for years and I have spent a lot of money and time on it, you will get everything you find in any chests, and I can also sell the pwarp to you

But, Also up for negotiations
