Selling prime beta town building land!

The land that I have found is prime land for building an epic beta town and making lots of moneyz. But I already have a beta town So I am selling this beta building land It is not claimed whatsoever and i have checked 5 chunks in game in all direction and nothing is to be seen!

Good land is a rarity, for sure. So much of the world is used or bad biomes. I wouldn't want that paticular plot of land for a town. . .ever. It's a swamp!!!

Luke unless you own a town or assist or co in one, yo can't claim or build on the land. It doesn't include a town it is justa place to build a town, and you'd still need to pay 250k to make the town there.

What? That makes no sense Luke. Are you making a build? I'll check it out then, but if someone else is I can't because they won't change based off another's ideas unless they strongly agree
