Removing the server wide afk feature in infected.

What the title says.
Infected already has its own afk plugin to catch those who are actually afk so we don't need 2.
The server wide one makes people invincible if they are like me and don't move or chat in infected rounds.

 

As a regular infected player, I like this idea. It's really annoying when someone does this purposely. A huge +1
