Remove /itemc cancel

remove cooldown or whatever that is so you can just go on and click to another shop without having to wait for time out or to type /itemc cancel

The old cooldown thing was fine as it was.

This command is cumbersome to type without even mentioning that we shouldn't have to cancel "orders" in the first place. I'd also like to combine the buy/sell chat line along with a quantity. For example, usage should be [buy|sell] [quantity] after clicking on the item type in question.
