Remove Caps Filter in /msg

    There's no reason it should be there and it makes links with repeating capital letters not work.

    Believe it or not, from all the servers I visited before Meep, none of them had a caps filter, instead there were just many chat mods. While I do think this may be good for links, I see the real difference when you want to type out a players name but then it just keeps the first letter uppercase because of the caps filter.

    Overall the filter is unnecessary.

    Caps are fun to use, so long as they don't go overboard. They also kind of show what kind of person you are, who the other person is, and convenient for names with multiple letter capitalized like mine.

    To add on, once I needed to post a link of a YouTube to a mod of someone in kit who was hacking, and I had to get in the hassle of getting their Skype and it took longer, all because the filter changed the link.

    There is no need to remove the caps filter. You can send imgur links to staff with /mail or via meepcraft.com.
