Reason for ban: Innapropriate Language, Sexual Reference

Ban Length: Permanent

What have you learned and why should we trust you to do better? I know what I did wrong now after what Klutch had told me earlier (Definition of cuck, I didn't know what it meant at the time and I do apologize for offending people). I know the rules of the server and I do want another chance to play. Obviously, my ban history is very long (with varying degrees of length), but that doesn't mean I don't understand the ramifications of my actions. I formally apologize to Junelawnchair for calling her a "cuck" and for anything else I've done to warrant this ban.

Another reason I am appealing this ban is because I personally think it's a bit harsh as a punishment. My previous ban case was an 8 hour ban, and that was for literally saying the "N" word in trade chat. I clearly didn't mean to put that in trade chat, seeing as I have never done that before. I still believe that was a fair ban. This however, isn't. The things I've said affected a much smaller portion of the playerbase than what I had said earlier and was slightly less offensive; Yet, I got a permanent ban for this case.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Will be willing to accept conditions.

 

How is this not a fair ban? You literally humiliated+insulted me in front of the entire server, then went on to post 3 threads about it, and quite a few extremely toxic profile posts. I've given you the benefit of the doubt in the past by defending you to some extent in certain cases, and this obviously shows that that didn't mean anything to you; you loose your temper and say things like this. How can we trust that you won't do this again? I don't know why you think you're above the law, or just because you only had an 8 hour ban before means that you can get away with more offences. We're sick of the way trashy way you've been treating the community and on a personal note I thought what you said was very rude and distasteful.

I apologize for what I had done. As I said earlier I didn't know what a "cuck" was and I wrongly used it to insult you. I know that I have been given opportunities from you before and I should have been more grateful for that. However, what has happened is in the past. This is the present, and I have taken some amount of time to reflect upon what I did wrong, and what I should have done instead. I used my 8hr ban as an example to show that I felt the ban length was extensive. However, given what you've said I think the original 4 day ban was justified. However, I still cannot believe that a permanent ban from the server for conjunction of what I've done on the forums is right. That's why I appeal this ban in the first place.

This appeal is denied, We need you to understand what you said is not allowed on the server, the ban will sit for abit and you can re appeal in 3-4 weeks.

Also, please watch what you say on teamspeak, I am aware of what you said on there.
