    Hello Meepers!

    After a long wait, /t spawn Philly is back in action. After last may when Philly was set to close and remodel, it has been a long wait for me and other players. I am proud to say that Philly is back and selling plots again. If you would like to be invited or contact me do /msg ryanjman21 or /mail send ryanjman21.

    Daily Tax of 100 meebles
    Cost of plots (500,250,100,0,Prices vary)

    Re-Designed Town Spawn - Still updating

    More and More Features are being added so the town will live like the Old Philly.
