When you were banned: Some time in early February

Reason for ban: Officially it was a ctf tactic I did not know was illegal since it was not and still is not on the forum rules, which I was assuming had every server rule on it. Unofficially 2 things...

What have you learned and why should we trust you to do better? Well I have definitally learned to not do fishy stuff like that cheap ctf tactic that people had been used back in the day.

Also, I am aware that I miss understood what the staff meant on my last ban about ctf about asking a staff if something is illegal. The only reason why I didn't ask a staff about this ctf thing is unlike the last appeal, there was no indication on any rule board I knew about of this tactic being illegal or else trust me I would of contacted someone to confirm.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: If it makes any difference this is technically my second ban and as I recall the people (Mattisaperson and Alexxx) I was doing the tactic with were not perma banned but instead only temp banned for a few weeks. (I think you can find proof of this on my forum wall I hope) Also as I recall but I sadly have no proof of, June told me to try to appeal 2-3 weeks after the ban. Weather or not she has proof of this is beyond me but still that is what I recall.

So to sum up, this has clearly been a misunderstanding on my part because I was miss informed of where all the rules are located, what was illegal, and what the message the staff member sent me meant.

On a side note, I am also filing this ban appeal to make sure all accounts belonging to other players that I went on once or twice over the years are also unbanned by proxy to mine since I am pretty sure this is an IP ban.

You didn't just ask staff if it was legal, you were told that it wasn't then would go lie to another staff member and say we said it was legal. You lied about many things, and I personally have no trust for you anymore considering you lied directly to me twice. Why should we allow you back on the server when you seemed to have no regard for our rules?

 

Wait! I think your thinking of the wrong glitch and to be honest I am definitely not going to do that again especially since last I heard the only thing I got from it (meebles) was erased. The one I got banned for was that one where someone would let you claim there flag. I probably should of clarified that part in my original post. Also I do try my best to the rules, I checked for anything that could suggest the other ctf glitch was illegal and found none at that time. I personally think there was a lot of mis-communication going on back in February. I just hope that wont happen again.

I also hope you can forgive me for what ever harm I clearly must of done since I really don't want to hurt people, especially someone I probably would call a friend if I met them in the real world. (I consider everyone friends until they can prove otherwise xD) I mean one of the main reasons I am doing this is to get friends alts who I suspect have been banned for that past 4 months unbanned anyway.

 

I feel like I should include/reiterate something else since from my experience with typing messages on the forums, people literally can not understand what I am trying to say or mis understand the message, so I will try to be as short in hopes of getting off key points on my ban appeal which I hope will be accepted at least for the reason I stated in my last post.
1. I was lead to believe that every server rule for every game mode was on the forum rules page. So since I found not a single rule saying any form of ctf glitch that was used was illegal in anyway I assumed I was ok.
- Along with that after the staff said I was doing something illegal my friend told me that the staff was wrong and that I did nothing illegal and that he told the staff that warned me that and got an apology.
2. I personally doubt I will do anything illegal again, especially seeing how last I heard a new ctf was announced in February so I doubt the flawed one still exists.
- Along with that I am aware that there are rules that are not posted on the forums that do apply.

Cant think of any others but I will edit the post if I find other reasons. I just hope I will get another chance since I honestly had no way of knowing all the rules were not put on the forums thus I had no way of knowing that that one ctf glitch that was illegal was in fact illegal, which means I didn't intentionally break that promise, and thus should be unbanned since I have served more then my time.

On a side note I will try to check this daily so if you have any questions just ask and I will answer with honesty.

 

I don't mean to sound rude but this ban appeal has stayed here for weeks now, can someone unban me or do something? It is not like I am going to do anything illegal now, I seriously doubt it will happen a third time especially seeing how I know to look more closely for rules.

P.S I spotted the change made in the forum rules about minigame rules being posted at the minigame spawn, so that is good just not that easy to spot in my opinion since it is not a bullet point but whatever.

 

Well I know I have no alts, I can promise you that. I really have no idea who that person is, I live with my parents and brothers and none of them play Minecraft.

Well to be honest the only reason I used those words is because there is always that chance that I will miss something, but even then since I do not plan on doing anything that could be illegal I doubt I would do something illegal.

Well now that I know that there is a person with the same IP as me who played on the server and got banned for all sorts of stuff, I can understand why the staff are so reluctant to unban me on my 2nd ban appeal. I know for a fact that I am not this person and I know for a fact that I don't have the worlds best grammar skills so convincing you of this will be very hard.

You should give me another chance because I have learned my lesson to not do illegal things, along with that as I said many times before I checked the forum rules thinking they had every rule on it and did not find one saying what I was doing was illegal but now that I do know to look elsewhere I will look elsewhere if I suspect something I will try to do could be illegal. Even then since I do not plan to do anything illegal I doubt I will need to check the rules in the first place but I still will just in case something like camping in a curtain spot in infected is illegal. There are the reasons stated above as well that I rather not repeat since anyone can read them over.

So I hope you will give me another chance since I can garenttee I am not who ever the person who got multiple bans is. I have no alts and by the looks of things I should not get any alts since people may think I was lieing when I posted this ban appeal back in May. On a side note if you guys have a record of when both of us were on doing things, you would see that we were doing different things at the same time, which would prove I can not be them. So just give me another chance I mean you guys ripped me of my money and made a lot of good people hate me, I personally have no reason to go back to this server but I am doing it anyway. I know you people must think I am that troublemaker just trying to get back on so I can just swear in chat and say some very inappropriate things but I promise you I am not him. Even then I can see now that if I do get banned again, you staff will probably keep me banned from the server forever not to mention do other things if you ever see my username again judging by how much hate I am detecting from some of you.

 

He doesn't have an alt. That was my alt he used. BESTPERSON123. He doesn't own it so technically it isn't "his" alt. It is my cousins alt which I now use since he quit meep, and I let Okabig use it.
