    I talk a lot in /shout so this is a major issue...

    tf I can't speak every 10 seconds?

    no, hell no. If this doesn't get nerfed/removed I'm leaving

    helpers were made to kick for /shout spam, why can't we just let them do their job

    Yeah, If I'm talking in /shout, and I'm talking about something, I can't reply for like 10 seconds, and the topic passes. It's stupid, and childish.

    Idea: Reduce the timer to 5 seconds, and decrease it further with donor ranks. Supreme+ gets no cooldown, where other ranks get 2sec-1sec cooldowns. 1-2 seconds shouldnt be that long, but it will prevent people from
