Okay, here we go. I'm 15, and mature for my age. I know everyone tends to say that, but I nearly never get angry with anyone, and instead deal with it how it should be dealt with. I tend to have a very playful and memorable attitude and, in my experience, that attitude creates an environment in which people are more willing to cooperate and strive to enjoy themselves. I tend to come across as extremely motherly and caring, and that's because I honestly do wish the best for everyone and hope to aid them in all areas. I'm quick to warn and correct, but always retain a polite attitude, even when the situation remains unchanged after a warning. The only thing that may hinder me from being a good helper is that I can't stand discussion about politics or religion, and may jump at that. Otherwise, I'm very creative and organized and love to spend extra time keeping everything neat and manageable. I'm a very active player and have been on over 4 hours a day since I joined, disregarding the five days that I was on vacation.I would focus on maintaining the peace, assisting players in making their ideas reality, and keeping everyone active and entertained. I hate seeing people complain about being bored, and that's easily fixable by conversing with them or suggesting a new idea. I would keep the peace by reminding people of the rules before any situation became too big of a deal, and caring for everyone involved. I know I am not staff and don't know much about the rank and commands, but I still have some learning to do. I don't expect to be accepted, and instead am just hoping to get the experience of filling out the form properly. Thank you for reading!

Weaknesses: My weaknesses were added in my application because I wanted it to be more easier to understand.

Conclusion: For my conclusion I just hope the best for every player and even if I don't get staff I hope the server will stay safe from hackers and such.

You seem very nice and I wouldn't be surprised if you got Helper some day, but teamspeak and a microphone are required. Once you get a microphone, spend some time socializing on teamspeak and get used to the program. You'll use it a lot as a staff member.

-1 I really don't know who you are and thats an issue. Your application was far too short, you need to work on your activity and helping in /shout. Make sure you're known before applying. You need to work on the following:

• forum activity
• game activity
• teamspeak activity

I guess it's a bit short but no doubt about it that its good. I worked several hours on it to show my respect and dedication to the server...

 

Never met you, but you seem nice. +.25 for bad grammar for a 15-year old.

 

I know, I made a couple of grammar mistakes here and there.... I was rushing to finish but I still put a lot of effort and time into it.

 

Applications should not be rushed, nothing's going to happen if you post it at a bit later then you had planned. Some of the best applications I have ever read have taken weeks to write, constantly making changes to have it be perfect for when the time comes to post it.

I don't really see you ig and your forums activity is low. App wasn't awful but it needs some work. You seem very nice. I'm gonna have to go with a -1. Good luck in the future.

I'd say -0.5 Since I've seen you in game quite a bit but you need to express yourself some more, and not be afraid to say whatever in /shout. As well, just look around and find places to post on the forums, if you actually try to get your forum posts up, they will go up.

After reading your application, I have a few concerns and a few pros. I am not really sure who you are in general. I have been very active recently, and have not seen you around. Perhaps you are just not in shout in game, or not on TS when I am on; however, our time zones are very close together. I would really like to see you grow into the community and have the community get to know you a little bit better before you try to become staff.

If you work on the following areas, you will become a great staff member some day in the future.
- Forum Activity
- TeamSpeak Activity
- In-Game /shout help
- Game Activity

My vote for now would be a -1, but if you get your activity up and be more helpful all around, my vote will change to a +.
