Most deserving player

I had a few extra meebles, so I decided it would be a good idea to invest it into a rank for another player. I myself don't use meebles for much, so using it to help the server and another player at the same time seemed like the best choice. I need your help though, as I cannot decide who is the most deserving of the rank. Meep has a lot of outstanding players, a lot of whom I don't even know. Because of this, I'm asking each of you to nominate a player who you think deserves a rankup.

Note: This rank is worth $10. This means that the only ranks purchasable are
cit -> vip
vip -> prem
I would like to get someone without a rank to vip, but if theres someone so deserving of a rankup that is already vip, I would be glad to give them the rank.

She's not on the forums but she has been an honorable Meeper for at least three years. Like most of us, she takes breaks but she always is sure to come back and check in on her friends. She and I made some really awesome things together, like a whole cafe and shop, which was loved by even more cits and whatnot. She's always kind but she's funny and she understands Meep's weird sense of humor that it has sometimes in /shout. I really think it would make her day if she had a rank, expecially if she knows that it's for her dedication and contributions to the server in all it's players and materials.

What they have done to deserve this rankup: I have been here along time and I have never gotten up to buying an actual rank, I don't even think I have made it to 30k meebles ever. Sure, I may be abrupt, but I help some people sometimes. I always wanted a rank upgrade—every time I try to win the monthly votes I always forget. I really enjoy this server and feel like I could enjoy it even more with a rank upgrade.
