Modern House ThePugQueen

Here is a house I recently built in the town of Quadburg,
It is going up for sale shortly, so if you are interested please contact either myself (ThePugQueen) or Johnandtom(@johnjoe1561 )
It is on two plots, has 3 levels (+roof level) and is right next door to mob grinders and the Quadburg spawn.

Every build I see you do is decent, I hired you, You did a build for me, and It was complete failure.

It's a nice build, though it doesn't seem to pop out as much as it should. What I am seeing is a typical modern house, nothing different or special about it.
Don't take me wrong, you're a good builder, but this just looks like something I would find if I googled, "Minecraft Modern House."
Next time, make it unique, so it stands out from the crowd.

i had not finished the build yet. It would have looked better if you and maori had given me a chance to explain in-between all the hate you were giving me.

 

I've seen designs like this before but they're not easy to make, looks good though .

 

I gave you hate? It is not my fault that someone makes fun of your build, Esp when he was not paying you, not in my town, and had nothing to do with me. Explain it to Maori, I couldn't care less, that 100k was nothing to me, But then you just quit when you're almost done, leaving absolute junk on my plot.

 

I was not almost done and i do recall you saying that i was a cr*p builder.
But hopefully that has all been sorted out, i am sorry for anything that may of upset you. I was upset that you didn't even give me the chance to explain myself, so i left.

that house was on two plots, and cost a lot to make and it went for 100k.
but if materials were supplied and depending on the size the price could be different

 

Good job perfectly, real nice.

 

Looks really good up make sure your work is consistant remember and then people will start to get interested in your builds and want you too build for them. So keep it up!

Looks great! I love the quartz and gray clay together! Although, I think spruce and dark oak work the best with quartz! Love it <3

 

eh....its to basic. There are probably like 10 other designs crazy sim to this one. Try to think out of the box when building modern cuzz so many other styles of modern have already been used. the bad thing about modern is that it can be hard to make something different then what you have seen. try not to use the basic shapes of all modern houses on minecraft and try something new.

Wow! I love the style. It feels like it's missing something to it, but I'm not sure what, maybe an interior. :/
