    What staff position you are applying for: Owner

    Maturity level (Out of 10): 9 ½

    Why you want staff: I think you should pick me Is because I can help by advertising the server and getting more donors/voters. I can build lots of warps and help people. I can teach people who aren't that well In English and grammar, I can watch the pvp going on to try and spot the hackers, get the proof, and get the person/people banned, I will be on the site alot so I can see the threads/posts and try and help out with the situation(s). When someone advertises (If) I will straight away temp ban the person/people and clear the chat. I always keep a look out on chat for spammers/advertisers/capsers. When I joined the server I thought to my self what a beautiful server, I want to get everyone to join it and get the same feeling I got when I joined. I can also get rid of DdoSer's. When someone needs help I never reply 'I am busy' or something and I always respond respectfully. I never get mad during tough situations and I always respect everyone.I can help people that don't get along that well to work with each other and co-operate. What I have noticed through out my experience of minecraft lot's of people (when they lose to someone In pvp) start saying he/she hacks and kind of starts cursing at them (some times and not everyone) and no one tells them to get proof and post It on the forums they just keep doing what they are doing, If I got staff I would tell him/her to get proof of the person hacking, post It on the forums and the person banned. As far as responsibility goes, I am fantastic. When you ask me to do something, It gets done. When there is something to be done, It will not linger, I'll have It done before you finish telling me to do It. Responsibility Is Important to every aspect of being staff. Staff are responsible to maintain a decent chat, staff are responsible to make sure no rules are broken, staff are responsible to help the owners. Responsibility Is definitely a chief part of any position anywhere. Especially staff. Time for trust, trust is unbelievably valuable. It Is something that is hard to gain, but quite easy to lose. If a player Is having Issues with something I will always be there to help, I will never get mad during tough situations. I will try not have any enemies because we are all human! We must forgive and forget! I know my weaknesses and I'm trying my very best to Improve on them. If you are going to say an application needs a little Improvement you should say It something like "This Is a pretty good application, though It would be even better If..." or just tell them what to Improve on Instead of "This sucks don't try" Nobody Is perfect, you might be better then them at pvp, they might be better then you at building, don't use those talents to argue, use them for who you are. If I see that someone Isn't believing In themselves and giving up I would cheer them up and try to help them. Common sense and decision-making. Are things that kick In quite a bit as a staff member on almost all servers. To punish or not to punish. To fight back and defend, or to let It go. My common sense Is, of course, Intact. I know when to punish for an offence and when not to punish. However, I understand when It Is right to argue the story, and when not to argue. I hear both sides of any complaint. I do not act impetuously. I think about a problem until I compromise a solution that both sides can agree with. There may well be a set of rules for staff to follow. Even so, common sense and decision making are something many people lack (you'd be surprised!).
    Contacting the right people at the right times may often be a difficult task for many, many people. But, I understand how to contact you or other staff members. Whether it's through the server, forums, etc. I know to ask or contact moderators first if I can. Solely to prevent wasting the time of an owners'. If for some reason I need to contact a player, I will communicate with them before I part to find a suitable communication method for both of us. Communication are quite important, It keeps a server running smoothly. Everyone knows what they have to do, and what others have to do.
    Caring for players and staff is one very important aspect of being staff.
