Referring to the "Free Gapples" video:
1) your average view time is 10.6% of the video. That means people left the video less than 2 minutes in and your video is 17 minutes.
2) 10 engagements isn't bad but somehow you managed to get your SEO score to 0. Rock bottom. What that means is it will be extremely and I mean extremely difficult for people to find your videos when they search something exactly like your title.
3) You clearly don't know how to use youtube as a platform. You didn't put any cards on your video. You didn't use tags on your video.
4) Your intro was way too long (Max).
5) Your voice wasn't loud enough
6) The video had bad quality
