Introduction

I first started Minecraft back in 1.3, and joined Meepcraft in 2013. I had seen my friend playing on this server, and he helped me get started. Since then, I've learned a lot about the server, and still find it enjoyable.

Aside from Minecraft, I enjoy music, and have been playing the guitar for several years. I have participated in a couple of sports, but for the most part am involved with Martial Arts.

Why

Experience - I have been involved in Meepcraft long enough that I feel I have enough knowledge of the server, and its commands, that I could could answer questions regarding such. I have worked on a server with hawkeye, and am quite familiar with it. If there was a question that I did not know the answer to, I wouldn't hesitate to ask.

Work Ethic - I know that being staff isn't an easy job,and that it requires diligence. I can imagine the amount of work the staff has to do, and I know that doing it requires a strong work ethic. I am fully willing to try my best, and get done whatever need be.

Dedication - I am very dedicated to this server, as it is my favorite server. I really enjoy the community, and the way it is run as compared to other servers. I'd really like to participate in the group that keeps the server going, and help to improve it in any way that I can.

Involvement - I would say that I am quite involved with the server, though I would like to be involved in a way that would impact the server more, for the better. Being staff, you must be involved with your job, and you really can't ever not be involved. As staff your job requires you at almost all times. Every time you log on, you should always be involved with something, because something can always be done.

Performance - I try to always play the server in a way which is good for the players around me. Being staff would mean making sure that everyone plays the server how it should be played. I would try to do that, as well as make sure that everyone enjoys themselves while doing so.

Justification - I feel justified to join the staff for the reasons that I am experienced with the server, rules, commands, and game play. I have a good work ethic, and am dedicated and committed to the server. I am involved, and will continue to stay involved, whether or not I am accepted into the staff. I perform well, and hope that, in doing so, will improve the performance of those around me.

Weaknesses
Teamspeak - I honestly am not very active on teamspeak. I have gone on, but haven't stayed on very long.

Activity - Being summer, stuff often comes up, and there may be a day or two when I'm absent. I'd try to keep these occasions to a minimum, and if possible, let a higher ranked staff member know ahead of time.

I'm a +/- 0, as I feel like you need to improve on some aspects before applying. However, I do believe you have a shot at being a helper.

 

I have seen you a few times in game so you must be active but your forums activity is okay but your teamspeak activity isn't the best....Also you should shout more bud I'm a -1 Should work on a few things my tips Good luck though!

While your application was okay, it could use a bit more work. The community does not know you as well as it should, so it is suggested that you work on your activity and participation in shout. Activity is seen in three major parts of the server: TS, in-game, and on forums. If you work on your activity in all three places, the community will get to know you better and you will have a better chance at getting accepted if you decide to apply in the future. Please spread out your knowledge to not ust CTF, KitPvP, and Centrum. Spread your horizons to SkyBlock, Towns, Wild, Halo, and the mini-games.

Please reapply in no less than 2 weeks.
