Lotto

Alright. The lotto plugin. It sucks.
Why? because it is boring. there's no numbers, I have not once see anyone win, its not really doing anything for anyone as is.
Bring the lotto from 2015-2016 back. The one that was similar to an actual lotto.
Lottos were worth anywhere from 50K-200K normally Lotto starts at 0, and takes the money out of player's account to build up the lotto .
(say a lotto ticket was 2K and the lotto tickets ate 10% of the ticket fee from the eco and puts the rest in the pool, so a player could win $1800 per $2000 meebles put in the lotto)
lotto says a message every few minutes "There's currently an XXX pool, buy lotto tickets etc" until a player wins, and it starts a new lotto a few mins after

Lotto tickets were worth 3k? something like that. And people would buy tickets until someone got the right number ticket and it would all be paid to them. in the chat, it would start as a and then a player would win the pool, chat would say who won.

Adjust the numbers to the current eco. It can remove a fair bit of money from the eco, is more exciting, it shows players what they can win, and overall that method was more fun.
I may have overcomplicated it and will go back to this later if it makes no sense

If you want it added that"s fine, but you should wait until this trello card is finished and put out onto meep first before you argue that its bad.

 

I don't want a new plugin. I want the old one that worked great.

The reason? because it worked great. Sorry, but meep has a habit of fixing things that aren't broken.

 

True, But if thats right then why is it on trello if its not broken?

 

Because meep staff are very eager to try new things that don't work

 

why fix it if you could just use what worked in the first place

 

I won 50k a few days ago, everyone was so excited when lotto hit it.

agree that this new lotto is not used and probably never will be. But the old lotto was so heavily used and it added too much into the Eco, so as she said taking a percent to the void would keep everything balanced.

 

so YOU won that lotto, i put 20k into it....

 

Sorry @Flamedemond2 . I believe you did a lot of work to improve the lottery and it helped, but it seems a little more is needed.
