    Since the lotto pot is raised by people playing lotto. (Which is really slow.) I think that all or most of the money
    that comes from shout tax should go into the lotto pot so its not stuck at 70k-90k considering its 300 meebles a
    ticket and 1/1000 chance to win.

    The server can spawn in money, so where it comes from is academic . Indeed the server adds the 1st 75k to the lotto which is a high % of the pot which I would estimate averages 150k. This suggestion is already implemented, how slow would it be if they didn't add the 75k

    The shout tax is to stop spam.

    Denied. The global tax removed meebles from the eco and this is not needed atm.
