Lost Supreme Rank

So, my sign is Johnny101200, and i donated for premium a whiles back, like in 2013, and i logged in recently to see how the server was, and i got back into it. but i didn't receive my supreme rank back. so i checked the forums and they said i needed proof of the purchase so attached is the bank account statement for my purchase. please excuse the blurs, they are for security reasons, since you know, its my bank account
