Introduction:
Hi, I'm knight. I love minecraft and I think I would be a great moderator. I am great at redstone and building. I love meepcraft and have been having great fun on it! I may of raged a few times during parkour but doesn't everyone? I have many great qualities of a helper and well I hope you agree with me because if not I will sound like an arrogant idiot wouldn't I? xD

Why you should be Helper/Mod/Supermod ?
I have moderated on countless! And when I mean countless I mean countless amounts servers. Across a very wide range of platforms. To name a few: (Edited Out). I have great patience and due to moderating on so many servers and I have great experience. I work great in team environments due to being picked for excersises representing my school. I was picked team leader on several occasions and on 2 occasions I was picked for best team player. I work well under pressure and in hard situations. Also due to moderating on so many servers I have great philosophical understanding, for example. There was a donator on a tekkit server that donated $200 for creative. This guy had bad intentions and was griefing and giving out items. I had to keep an eye on him for about 2 weeks (shows commitment. ) and eventually had to ban him due to witnessing these rules being broken. I know most commands of all important plugins that are useful for moderating.

Weaknesses:
I guess my weakness is just commitment. I'll start doing something and if I can't do it I'll get really annoyed and won't stop. You could say that's not a weakness but it's a blessing and a curse. xD One of these examples is your parkour or when I was moderating on (edit) and I was building the admin shop. I had built the building and was trying to do the shop signs. I can't do shop signs so I just kept carrying on doing these signs even thought they didn't work.

Conclusion:
If you hire me you will have a staff member that has great experience, great patience, great team work skills. And a good personality. I love this server so much and I love moderating, it's something I love to do. I hope you give me a shot!

Well, cut your app into parts, such as, work ethic, experience, dedication, etc. When someone asks something in shout, try to help them out, try to answer them.
Get to know forums, post on some threads (don't spam) just learn how to get to certain areas, etc.
