Jumble lotto ticket exchange

Here's an odd idea - a jumble villager (or whatever) that you can exchange a full inventory of random stuff (can be mixed like 3 stacks of cobble + 7 stacks granite etc.) so that is 2304 blocks for a lotto ticket, 36 slots x 64 items.

I almost made a suggestion for a jumble sale villager where you can sell a full inventory of anything for an arbitrary amount like 200 meebles but that left too many doubts for possible abuse and generating more money into eco.

Reasons:

• I often have a s**t load of blocks that is not worth the effort to try and sell then I end up hoarding them and irritating myself when running out of storage and having to make more storage
• Stimulate lotto participation and better payouts
• Since lotto only has one winner it's a way to get rid of an abundance of most blocks and preventing flooding of the market with 15000 cobble for 0.01 meeble for example and keeping that market viable to make some money for beginner players

Obstacles:

• Should only be on blocks you can acquire via mining, no farming or crafted items
• This idea is not for people to make money but a fun way to dispose of blocks short of throwing them in lava and having a chance for compensation
• Prevent "money laundering" by limiting use of the villager to once per hour/once per draw

Just a quick idea that might be easy enough to implement if it gets considered.
