jobs -> earning statements

please make it so that jobs earning statements can be toggled on/off.

As a new player, it's nice to see those meebles rolling in, I'm sure.

But as someone who's been here a while it makes it hard to read chat/socialize with others.

Suggest also to have it toggled on by default, people will ask how to turn it off once they get tired of seeing it.
